Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RoboPioneer ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RoboPioneer and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of RoboPioneer.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RoboPioneer. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that RoboPioneer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RoboPioneer, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The arbitration shall be conducted in Toronto, Ontario.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoboPioneer regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and RoboPioneer.
