Haitui's catch-to-compliance pipeline involved 14 manual handoffs — data re-entry, permit submissions, route logs, safety reports. We replaced them with a unified AI operations platform: automated data extraction, a compliance agent that pre-fills submissions, and a dispatch AI that optimizes routing using historical patterns and real-time sea conditions. The result is hours of daily manual work gone, and a compliance rate that went from reactive to proactive.
AI that reaches people who were never supposed to have it
We built four AI systems for rural communities that lacked both infrastructure and institutional support: an agricultural compliance assistant that guides smallholder farmers through subsidy applications in plain Mandarin; a smart elderly care agent that detects health anomalies and alerts family without requiring internet literacy; a child-care matching platform for villages with no kindergarten infrastructure; and a county income growth advisory that identifies economic opportunities at the township level.
